Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Generally all orders ship same day or next day.
Q: Do I have to request a certificate of compliance?
A: If a cert is required, it helps to indicate that on your PO (or in the comment section when ordering online).
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If we ship something in error, cut it not according to spec, or ship something packaged as to result in damage, you can either return it for a credit or we will replace the product right away.
Q: Can you ship overseas?
A: We do it everyday.
Q: How do you classify “B-Grade” for your Dummy Panels?
A: The B-Grade we carry is manufactured to a particular construction but we do not test for tolerance compliance or surface quality as to keep cost low and recommend these products for equipment and chemistry evaluations only.
Q: Do you have a minimum order size?
A: We do not have a minimum order size, but the minimum charge for any order is $100.00.
